Just so so, not really special.
Just went to Shake Shack MGM Natl Harbor at 3PM 9/4/2020. Rude cashier African American female started shouting at me that she could not touch my phone for Samsung Pay. I stated that I would happily do it myself.
What's worse is the Caucasian male manager looked at my Samsung Pay card and stated Shake Shack does Not accept Amex (lie #1), then stated that even if they did, that Shake Shack has disabled the contactless payment option systemwide (lie #2), so they could not accept my payment.
I pointed out all other restaurants accepted contactless payment. The manager stated that SS systems are independent of all other MGM POS SYSTEMS. I then pointed out that their POS was a newer NCR model, so Samsung Pay definitely would work.
Regardless, SS website clearly states that all locations offer contactless payments.
I am livid that someone in a supervisory level representing the SS brand is either completely ignorant of the capabilities of his own POS, or lacks ethics and integrity to speak the truth.

Small burger, tasteless shakes, cheap paper straws that don’t work, yet very expensive. Not a fan.
Brent Cross. The Fries were cold. The security came up in me and my partners face and demanded we left because it was take away earlier. But didn’t say anything to the white couple who had been standing there eat before us.
We moved and he came up to us again. They were polite taking the order then threw us out once the food came. Won’t be going back.
We had a waiter called Zuber from Canary Wharf and he was amazing!!!!
Zubea was an excellent waiter! Was very polite and catered to our needs. Food was absolutely Devine couldn’t recommend enough.
I have only ever ordered delivery in central London but the quality has always been excellent and good value for what you get. If you want cheap, quick and nasty, use MacDonald's or Burger King instead.
Pior local onde maltratam os drivers funcionários sem preparo e com muita falta de educação.
Worse place where drivers are mistreated by employees without preparation and with a lot of lack of education.
Cold food, missing items, can't call the restaurant to do anything about it ????

Milkshake was really good ,evetything else was disgusting.
Tiny portions! Super expensive with child size portions!! What a rip off!!
